Odoo implementation in Pakistan: cost, timeline and steps

Business owners usually ask three questions about Odoo: what does it cost, how long does it take, and what do we have to do. Here are straight answers based on our own projects.

Cost

Our complete Odoo systems have fixed prices: PKR 350,000 for retail or property management, PKR 400,000 for an LMS and PKR 450,000 for a complete restaurant system. You can also price module by module, from PKR 30,000 for server and deployment to PKR 120,000 for supply chain. Odoo Enterprise licence fees, if you choose Enterprise, are paid to Odoo separately.

Timeline

A single-branch restaurant or shop usually goes live in two to four weeks. Multi-company, manufacturing and government projects take six to twelve weeks, mostly because of data migration and approvals.

Steps

Every project follows the same path: a requirements workshop, a fit-gap report, configuration and any custom modules, data migration, user training, a parallel run, and go-live with our team present.
